The tomb of Bahlol Lodhi

A quick trip to this lesser known tomb.. often not included in usual Heritage Walk trails!!

This is the Tomb of BAHLOL LODHI ..the founder of Lodhi era in India! Let’s take this quick trip with our buddy heritage specialist Asif Khan Dehlvi ! Am sure..not many people, not even those living close to Chirag Dilli, are aware of this place! We also get to see so many innocent kids in this episode..chk out! Happy Exploring 🙂

  1. Always wanted to explore Chirag Delhi area.. which I have read is less crowded but rich with spirituality

    1. Hi! Ya, the dargaah is much less crowded as compared to other dargaahs like that of Hzt. Nizamuddin Auliya (the pir of Hzt. Naseeruddin Chiraag e Dehlvi).. its peaceful and tranquil here. The locality is as crowded as any other Delhi suburb though. The main heritage places here are the dargaah complex and the tomb of Bahlol Lodhi…and scattered around in the locality you’ll see buildings that look like medieval structures as well..but those are inhabited. Cheers 🙂
