New Episode from magnificent ORCHHA Up Now 🙂 This time let’s explore the grand CHATURBHUJ TEMPLE (चतुर्भुज मंदिर) !!
It was fun climbing to the pinnacle of this grand temple to get the beautiful view of the city and the Betwa river flowing nearby 🙂 The temple was constructed by the Bundela Rajputs of the kingdom of Orchha. Its construction was begun by Madhukar Shah and completed by his son, Vir Singh Deo in the early 16th century. Cheers!

The Historical DEVI MANDIR at Panipat ! A major religious centre with temples of several Hindu deities including a temple dedicated to the pious rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati! This temple was also a major hub where the Maratha forces gathered during the Batlle of Panipat! Happy Exploring 🙂

Saas Bahu ka mandir or Sahastrabahu Temple – Located to the east of Gwalior Fort, this place boasts of magnificent architecture and also gives a good view of the whole city! TELI KA MANDIR – A beautiful work of art, architecture and devotion, this temple stands tall within the Gwalior Fort complex. Noteworthy are the Khajuraho-like erotic figures all around the temple structure, our “360 degrees Heritage selfie” and grown-ups caught-on-camera ‘stealing’ berries outside the temple complex 🙂 Hope you’ll like this latest episode from our Heritage Exploration series!
