Mujhmein Har Rang Ab Tumhara Hai.. Ab to keh do ke tu humaara hai!
Recorded this Sufi Qawwali in a New Age rendition around 4 years back! Just crafted a fresh new video for the same ..that attempts to take you on a quick musical journey! The melody features special Turkish string-sections and a Pop/Rock style and the video features my dear friend Asif leading us to the various serene shrines in Delhi 🙂 Hope you’ll like it! Cheers 🙂
Many Dilli-waalas are aware of Hzt. Nizamuddin Auliya, anecdotes from his life and the way he is loved by so many seekers! But not many are aware that one of the narrow by-lanes of South Delhi also houses the final resting place of the woman who brought this great Sufi saint into this world. We bring to you the shrine/dargaah of Hzt. Mai Sahiba, the divine mother of Hzt. Nizamuddin Auliya! Happy Exploring 🙂

Ever wondered why Chirag Dilli is named so? Here’s a quick video tour to the Dargaah of Chirag-e-Dehli ..which also gives the place it’s modern name! There isn’t much narration about the story of the place in this vid..but it’ll serve as a good virtual trip for someone who hasn’t witnessed this calm and serene place yet 🙂
Some ‘trivia’ for self-study 🙂 It’ll be interesting to explore how this place is associated with the Nizamuddin Dargaah/Baoli and also the Tughluqabad Fort 🙂 This Tughluqabad video-blog might give you some hints here 🙂 Happy exploring!
Also, find it on our ‘Heritage Map’ here 🙂

Sufi Rang – Kaafi : the joyous season of Basant Bahaar – Spring and a musical journey across the land of Sufis – Delhi! 🙂
This melody is woven around the raag Kaafi which is associated with the spring season in India. Often, several Indian traditional tunes associated to the festival of Holi and Basant are woven around this melodic scale itself. The visuals have been shot at several Sufi shrines in Delhi like the shrines of Qutub Saheb, Chirag-e-Dehlavi, Mai Saheba, Matka Pir, Hzt. Nizamuddin Auliya and some more historical places in Delhi.
- Music, Vocals and Video by Aditya Pathak
- Support and Special appearance: Asif Khan Dehlvi
- Lyrics/Traditional Sufi verses: Hzt. Shah Niyaz
The tunes and fragrances of the season of Spring and a Sufi voyage across Dilli – COMING SOON 🙂
